Increased Demand for Occupational Therapists
The U.S. Department of Labor reports that Occupational Therapy employment is expected to increase by 12% between 2022 and 2032 due to a growing aging population, early diagnosis of developmental needs in young children, and technological advances that improve survival in individuals with disability.
