Otology/Neurotology Research

Research in Otology/Neurotology at Jefferson is aimed at advancing the science and clinical care of hearing and balance disorders. Our team leads grant-funded initiatives and industry collaborations in cochlear implants, vestibular schwannoma biomarker discovery, and evaluation of medical therapies affecting hearing outcomes. A wide range of prospective clinical studies are underway, including projects focused on delirium-prevention amplification strategies and cochlear implant outcomes to guide clinical counseling.
