2026 Career Day & Design Expo

The Gallagher Athletic, Recreation & Convocation Center

This event is a mixture of an interview day and a career fair and will be open to all majors! Before the event, employers who are interviewing at the Spring Career Day & Design Expo will receive an email with portfolio links and/or resumes of the students who preregistered to attend. The employers holding interviews will then select the students they are interested in, and then the students will schedule interviews with the employers.

Day of Schedule:

  • 10:00 - 12:00 PM - Morning Interviews
  • 12:45 - 2:45 PM - Open Networking (All Students)
  • 3:00 - 4:20 PM - Afternoon interviews

Are you only interested in attending the career fair portion of the day?

Not a problem! At the time of registration, you will indicate if you are interested in hosting interviews or would only like to attend the career fair (open networking) portion of the day.

Employers - Event Cost

$100 Early-Bird Special (Register by December 1, 2025)

$200 after December 1, 2025 

The cost per company is for up to 2 representatives and includes 1 table and lunch. A light breakfast will be available to employers hosting interviews in the morning session. 

The employer registration deadline is Friday, January 23, 2026. 

Event Setup

Each company will have one 6-foot table to facilitate conversations with students.

This is a networking-style event including an interview component, where students will approach your table with their resumes and portfolios. 

This event includes the pre-select portfolio review.

The Spring Career Day & Design Expo offers a fantastic opportunity for you to network with undergraduate and master’s students and conduct individual face-to-face interviews to review their resumes/portfolios for internships and post-graduation full-time jobs. Below are some of the programs that will be targeted for this event:

Employer Registration

Students: Attend the Spring Career Day and Design Expo on the East Falls Campus to meet employers recruiting for internships and full-time jobs!  All majors and grade levels are welcome!

If you register in Handshake by January 26, 2026, employers will be able to review your resume and/or portfolio before the event, and could invite you to an interview at the Spring Career Day on February 19, 2026.
