Biography
Surekha Bhamidipati, MD, MS‑HQSM, is a physician leader and educator with clinical experience across fee‑for‑service and value‑based care models, including hospital, primary care, nursing home, and home‑based settings. She currently serves as Associate Vice President and Chief Clinical Learning Officer at CenterWell Senior Primary Care, a national, full‑risk, value‑based organization focused on care for older adults, where she leads clinical education and learning strategy for physicians and interprofessional teams.
Dr. Bhamidipati has held senior leadership and faculty roles across academic health systems, managed care organizations, and Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Her work includes large‑scale implementation of clinical education programs, interdisciplinary care models, care transitions, population health analytics, and clinical informatics solutions across multi‑state healthcare organizations. She has led initiatives designed to translate evidence‑based care into reliable, operational practice at scale.
She is Internal Medicine–trained and board certified and holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Quality and Safety Management from the Jefferson College of Population Health (JCPH). Dr. Bhamidipati serves as an adjunct faculty at JCPH. Her interests include health services research, clinical education, and applied population health and quality improvement.
