BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Lunt holds brings more than 30 years of experience in nursing practice with roles ranging from direct practice, management and education. She currently serves as Chief Nursing Information Officer at a large academic health system in New York. Dr. Lunt is actively engaged in the International Medical Informatics Association-Nursing Informatics professional organization and serves as the co-chair on the Practice Advisory Panel where she contributed to a Standard Nursing Terminology position paper. She is also a standing member of the national Nursing Knowledge Big Data Science Transforming Documentation Work Group where she was involved in creating a standardized adult, head to toe assessment. Her scholarly contributions include peer‑reviewed publications, contribution to a health technology dictionary, and presentations at international conferences, and she serves as a peer reviewer for an international journal focused on health informatics.
