Urology Residency

The Jefferson Urology Residency Program participates in AUA Match Program and uses the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).

If you are interested in applying to our program, please contact your medical Dean's Office for your ERAS information and application packet or visit the ERAS web site for more information. 

Application Process

VIRTUAL OPEN HOUSE DATE – Monday, September 15, 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

SEPTEMBER 3, 2025 – ERAS opens 
OCTOBER 24, 2025 – Release of interview offers 
DECEMBER –  In-person interview dates 
DECEMBER 29, 2025 – Match list due 
FEBRUARY 2, 2026 – Match results released  

Please refer to the Society of Academic Urologists website for up-to-date information on the 2025-2026 application season.

Your application and supporting documentation (with the exception of the Dean's letter) must be uploaded to ERAS no later than Wednesday, October 1, 2025.  Applications received through ERAS, after this date, will not be considered for our program. Items required for the ERAS application include:

• Transcript from your medical school
• Three letters of recommendation
• Dean's letter
• Board scores: Step 1 (2 and 3, if available)
• Personal statement
• Photograph *mandatory*

Interviews

We will offer two interview dates in December. Our application process will adhere to the adjusted timeline for the 2025-2026 application season.
