Physician Assistant program options

Jefferson offers several Physician Assistant program options, depending on entry point and campus of interest. 

  • Students can apply to enter as a freshman or as a graduate student.
  • Jefferson offers three campuses, two of which are graduate-entry only.

Degree Options

In our Program, Physician Assistants conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose and treat illnesses, provide patient counseling, assist in the operating room and prescribe medications. Offered at three locations: Center City; East Falls, and; New Jersey

The Undergraduate Entry option is designed for students who have found their niche in health care as a physician assistant early in their academic career.
