The Meyer Laboratory uses quantitative and computational biologic and genomics approaches and mouse models to define the underlying molecular and genetic mechanisms contributing to four major research themes:
- development, progression, pathogenic features of myeloid malignancies
- innate immune signaling in AML
- mutational and transcriptional heterogeneity of myeloid malignancies
- identification of new targets, combination therapies, and/or biomarkers of AML progression, and therapy response
