The Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) / Master of Science in Applied Health Economics & Outcomes Research (MS AHEOR) is offered in the College of Population Health.
The MS AHEOR program prepares students to contribute to the development and evaluation of healthcare interventions—a skill set that is highly sought after by health systems, pharmaceutical companies, health insurance organizations, government health agencies and other healthcare-related industries.
The MS AHEOR is a 33-credit program, but nine credits from the PharmD curriculum can be applied to the program. Pharmacy students need only complete 24 additional credits to earn the MS AHEOR.
Students may apply to the MS AHEOR degree program at any point after entry up to the end of the third professional year in the PharmD program.
