Biography

Jill Hutt has over 25 years of healthcare industry experience, specializing in the development and marketing of health benefits programs, delivering education for employers, providers, and consumers, and advancing initiatives to promote safer, higher-quality, and more affordable care.

From 2012 to 2024, Ms. Hutt served as Vice President of Member Services at the Greater Philadelphia Business Coalition on Health. In this role, she advanced the Coalition’s mission to improve healthcare value for employers and communities and led strategic initiatives and research in population health, cost transparency, and value-based purchasing. Her earlier career includes executive positions with Independence Blue Cross, USI Insurance Services, and CorCell Companies, Inc.

In 2017, Ms. Hutt was awarded the Leapfrog Group Bruce Bradley Fellowship, a year-long education and training program for corporate-health professionals to guide employers in selecting higher-quality, safer hospitals and health systems for their workforce and families. She has also contributed to statewide and regional healthcare improvement efforts, serving on the Delaware Health Information Network Claims Database Committee and leading diabetes prevention initiatives in collaboration with Delaware Health and Social Services and the Philadelphia Diabetes Prevention Collaborative.

Ms. Hutt holds a Master of Science in Health Policy from Jefferson College of Population Health and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
