Research & Clinical Interest
My clinical interests encompass the breadth of community-based primary health care, including the care of adult and pediatric patients, addiction medicine, LGBTQIA+ medicine, reproductive health and outpatient gynecologic care. My research interests include the integration of community health workers within health systems, narrative medicine as a tool for patient empowerment, racism in medicine, building structural competency within medical education, and global health.
