Expertise & Research Interests
Having completed a fellowship in both Neurosurgical and Orthopedic spine surgery, Dr. Prasad brings a full breadth of spine expertise to his patients. His practice is committed to spine surgery, and he takes care of all problems that affect the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Dr. Prasad exercises a very conservative philosophy, believing that surgical intervention is really a last resort. In addition to his medical work, he educates neurosurgical residents and fellows, which keeps him at the forefront of modern spine surgery. He brings this enthusiasm for teaching to his patients, as he believes it is essential for them to understand their spine condition and how to manage their conditions.
