This piece was made to celebrate the awakening feeling of a season changing. When the sun starts to feel warm after a long period of cold and darkness, my eyes start to open, and I can see that my mind allows itself to process feelings more effectively. My intuition that is connected to the physical body begins to question what I need. In this time of warmth, I pursue the selfcare that was avoided in the winter months. The images in this piece represent the thoughts, sights and feelings of mentally waking up in the spring.
