This piece was painted with watercolors, specifically watercolors that exhibit unique granulation. It was created after playing around with the colors aimlessly to ground myself, when I became curious about how watercolor paints mix. I created a pattern and allowed, in each space of the pattern, two different colors to bleed into themselves with little intervention in order to observe how they interact. It is a reflection on conflict and compromise.
