As Vice President of Administration and Chief of Staff to the Provost and Dean of Sidney Kimmel Medical College, Brian Squilla works directly with senior level management and faculty involving operations, strategic planning and implementation, information technology, human resources, institutional research and budget preparation. He also assists in management of direct reports and with the budget of the academic departments and centers as well as the programs and institutes that fall under the responsibility of the Provost. Squilla is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with deans, faculty, other stakeholders across Thomas Jefferson University.
