Winter Weather Alert for Monday, February 23, 2026
Due to upcoming weather, the University will move to an online format for Monday, February 23, 2026. For classes that cannot be taught online, professors will communicate with students directly regarding how course material will be made up. There are no plans to restrict access to University research spaces. Students on clinical rotations should contact their site or program for instructions.
- University employees who are not required to be on site should work remotely.
- On the Jefferson – Center City Campus, Scott Memorial Library will be open 24 hours. Librarians are available via chat 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. if additional support is needed.
- On the Jefferson - East Falls Campus, the Paul J. Guttman Library will be closed, however library resources and remote services are still available online. Librarians can be available via chat if additional support is needed.
- Ravenhill Dining Hall and Kanbar Campus Center will maintain normal weekend operations, but this is subject to change.
- Athletics facilities will be closed.
- Ram Van operations will be suspended as weather conditions worsen.
All on-campus admissions visits and interviews will be rescheduled. The Office of Admissions will be in touch to set up a new time for your visit to Jefferson. You may also contact Admissions at 215-951-2800 or enroll@jefferson.edu for more information. Virtual visits and interviews will take place as scheduled.
