Ms. Fromm has over 18 years of experience in academia, serving as faculty, student advisor, and curriculum coordinator prior to beginning her student affairs work in 2014.  Her interest in equity and inclusion began during the pursuit of her master’s degree, where she worked with individuals with developmental disabilities, and was further ignited working as a recreation therapist with individuals with brain injury and spinal cord injury.  Most recently, she has worked with faculty in the Jefferson College of Rehabilitation Sciences to enhance faculty ability to self-asses their use of inclusive course design and teaching practices.
