Dr. De Bari is an Assistant Professor of Psychology in the College of Humanities & Sciences.
What do you do here at Jefferson?
I teach a range of psychology courses, with expertise in the cognitive area and perception-action. My work uses tools from the physics of self-organization to understand generic principles of biological behavior. My early work addressed origins of goal-directedness, my current projects explore signatures of self-organization in brain dynamics and intrapersonal coordination.
