Expertise & Research Interests
Our research integrates the increasing knowledge of biological mechanisms of cancer development with current interdisciplinary strategies to develop reliable cancer risk and prognosis prediction models. Our study utilizes genetic variation in the human genome and other biological and pathological markers as surrogates of cancer risk and treatment outcome, in order to achieve tailored prediction based on the specific profile of individual patients.
