This virtual program provides school-based occupational therapy practitioners with a systematic and justice oriented approach to decision making throughout the evaluation process. Justice-Oriented Data Driven Decision Making (JO-DDDM) is an evidence-based method that promotes equitable student-centered education planning. 

Topics Include

  • An approach for Justice–Oriented Decision Making during the OT evaluation process 
  • Understanding student participation in context
  • Engaging evaluation partners (students, family, school personnel)
  • Preparing justice-oriented OT evaluation results for collaboration with the education team 

Lab Includes

  • Weekly online learning activities
  • 3 Virtual sessions
  • Access to supplemental resources
