The Resilient Brain: Advances in Cognitive Longevity

This is a one-day, virtual symposium that examines current evidence supporting brain health, cognitive longevity, and dementia risk reduction through an integrative, interdisciplinary lens. The program highlights emerging research in brain health, preventive neurology, and psychosocial determinants of cognitive resilience and health.

Attendees will be introduced to experts from the Marcus Institute of Integrative Health’s multidisciplinary 1‑day Brain Health Assessment model and will explore how comprehensive assessment data can be synthesized to inform individualized clinical decision‑making. Through evidence‑based discussion and applied clinical perspectives, the symposium emphasizes practical strategies for supporting cognitive resilience and brain health in adult populations.
