Admissions Visit Health & Safety Guidelines
We look forward to meeting you and your family! Our Center City and East Falls Campus Welcome Centers are open; registration for a scheduled visit time is encouraged. On-campus visits to our Dixon and Voorhees Campuses are available on a limited basis with pre-registration required.
Thomas Jefferson University requires all guests who are 18 years of age and older to attest that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have received their final dose at least two weeks prior to the date of their visit to campus. This requirement is consistent with the City of Philadelphia regulations regarding visitors and vaccination on college campuses, and helps the University keep its students, staff, faculty and visitors safe.
All guests in your group who are over the age of 18 must complete an online vaccination attestation form 24 hours prior to your visit. Visitors must also bring proof of vaccination to campus and be prepared to present it to a University official, if requested. The vaccination attestation form takes only a few moments to complete. You are not required to upload documents and your information will remain confidential. You will receive an email confirmation of your submission.
All visitors, regardless of age, must wear a mask when indoors on Jefferson's campus. Gaiters, bandanas and scarves are not permitted.
Thomas Jefferson University takes your health and safety seriously. COVID-19 is highly contagious and capable of widespread person-to-person transmission. While you visit our campus, you must follow the stated health & safety guidelines. Based on the nature of the coronavirus, Jefferson cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to COVID-19 as a result of your time on our campus.
Please reschedule your visit if you have a fever, are displaying other symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have been exposed to someone with a positive COVID-19 diagnosis within 14 days.
The University has established health & safety protocols. These precautions have been taken to ensure the safety of our staff, student tour guides and visitors:
- We have established designated visitor space and cleaning schedules.
- We have designed contact-less visit check-in and will provide optional materials to visitors who would like them.
- We have designed strategic tour routes and have provided equipment (microphone & speaker) to guides to support social distancing.
- We have added hand sanitizer stations throughout campus.
