Jefferson sets a high priority on the exchange of ideas, related research, education and patient care with members of the international community. We welcome people from all over the world to work, study, and engage in research at Jefferson, and encourage Jeffersonians to study, lecture and do research abroad.

Lennox K. Black International Prize for Excellence in Medicine Awarded to Professor Amitai Ziv
Professor Amitai Ziv of the Sheba Medical Center was awarded the 2020 Lennox K. Black International Prize for Excellence in Medicine from Thomas Jefferson University. This prestigious prize was awarded on behalf of Dr. Ziv’s contributions to education in the medical field in Israel and worldwide.
