Dr. Karen Novielli is Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs and Professional Development and Sidney Kimmel Medical College Vice Dean for Faculty Affairs and Professional Development. In her roles, she oversees the faculty appointment, promotion and tenure processes, she promotes policies and programs that foster faculty engagement, faculty diversity and faculty career development. Dr. Novielli works with the faculty governance structures to promote faculty input into important university matters. Her office works to attract, retain, and nurture a “top talent” faculty for Jefferson.
