The University is again offering a wide array of summer programming for high school students.

On May 31^st , the University’s Center for the Preservation of Modernism hosted Yo! Richard Neutra! A Modern House Conservation Panel and Workshop, which served as the kick-off event for the 2022 DocomomoUS National Symposium, the organization’s annual conference that focuses on the preservation of modern buildings and sites, held this year in Philadelphia. 

The College of Architecture and the Built Environment was the guest of honor at the ACE (Architecture, Construction and Engineering) Mentor Program of Greater Philadelphia’s 21st annual scholarship breakfast. There, numerous awards were bestowed upon the college.

“You will lead us through all that the 21st century has to offer,” Jefferson Interim President H. Richard Haverstick Jr. told the Class of 2022.

The professional Bachelor of Landscape Architecture program has carved a distinctive niche among the Philadelphia region’s several landscape architecture programs leading to the Landscape Architectural Accreditation Board (LAAB) to renew the program’s accreditation for another six years.
