Marshal N. Miller, MD, AAHIVS

Marshal Miller MD, AAHIVS (he/him/his) is an Associate Professor and Associate Residency Program Director at Jefferson University. Additionally, he co-founded and directs the Jefferson LGBTQIA+ Primary Care fellowship program and has previously directed the HIV primary care fellowship program. He has been credentialed as an HIV specialist through the American Academy of HIV Medicine (AAHIVM) since 2016. He has co-chaired the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine national learning collaborative for HIV and viral hepatitis since 2022 and has presented on the topics of HIV treatment and prevention, viral hepatitis, and STI treatment and prevention and LGBTQIA+ care at several regional primary care symposia and national educational conferences. His clinical and professional interests include HIV medicine, STD treatment and prevention, LGBTQIA+ and gender affirming care, and graduate medical education.

Jennifer Bidey, DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC

Jennifer Bidey, DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC, (she/her/hers) has been a Registered Nurse since 2004 and a Nurse Practitioner since 2017.  Jennifer currently serves as the Medical Director at Jefferson Pride Care in Haddonfield New Jersey.  Jefferson Pride Care is a multidisciplinary primary care office dedicated to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.  Jennifer believes this work to be the most rewarding part of her career.  She specializes in gender affirming care, gender affirming hormone therapy, PrEP, Doxy-PEP, and LGBTQIA+ focused primary care. Jennifer also has worked   diligently to educate colleagues, peers, and students on improving the care they provide to LGBTQIA+ patients. By reducing the healthcare disparity of inadequately prepared providers, she hopes to improve the healthcare experience for all LGBTQIA+ patients.  Her previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner includes plastic and reconstructive surgery, microsurgery, micropigmentation, medical aesthetics, and wound care.

Michael Danielewicz, MD

Dr. Danielewicz  (he/him/his) is an Assistant Professor in the Divisions of Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Care in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University. With a keen interest in LGBTQIA+ health and wellbeing, he serves as the inaugural Director of Pride Care at the Jefferson Center for Healthy Aging, a first-in-the-nation program dedicated to the care of LGBTQIA+ older adults. He has developed a regional and national academic presence with a focus on creating equitable, inclusive, and competent care settings for members of these populations. Dr. Danielewicz is actively involved in working groups to further LGBTQIA+ efforts in the American Geriatrics Society and the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. He is a 2023 recipient of a HRSA Geriatric Academic Career Award, the 2022 recipient of the Brown Medical Alumni Association Junior Award for Excellence in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and recently completed the Stanford LGBTQ+ Executive Leadership Program.
