ERAS Application Information

Thank you for your interest in the Thomas Jefferson University Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Residency Training Program.

We exclusively use Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) for the application process. If you are interested in applying to our program, please contact your medical College Dean's Office for your ERAS information and application packet or visit the ERAS website for more information.

If you are an international medical graduate, please contact your local ECFMG office for more information on ERAS.

Your application and supporting documentation must be received by our office through ERAS no later than November 15. We begin accepting applications in September 15 and urge you to submit your materials as early as possible, as our limited number of interview slots may be all filled prior to the deadline.

Applications received in our office after November 15 will not be considered for our program.

Items required for the ERAS application include:

  • Completed application form
  • Current C.V. clearly explaining any time gaps
  • Medical College Transcript
  • Three letters of recommendation:  at least one letter must be from a PM&R (Rehabilitation Medicine) Physician.
  • Dean's Letter
  • USMLE scores
  • Personal Statement
  • One photograph
