Faculty News JCLS Faculty Member Receives Vaccine Grant

Celebrating Dr. Matthias Schnell as the recipient of a collaborative $300,000 grant from the U.S.-Israeli Binational Science Foundation (BSF) to develop a next-generation vaccine against bovine coronavirus. Dr. Schnell is Director of the Jefferson Center for Vaccines & Pandemic Preparedness and Chair of the Department of Microbiology & Immunology at SKMC and JCLS.

Faculty News Prestigious $8.2M Grant Awarded

A collaborative National Cancer Institute (NCI) Program Project Grant was awarded to Dr. Lucia Languino, Program Director of the JCLS Genetics, Genomics & Cancer Biology PhD Program, as principal investigator. This marks the first time a Thomas Jefferson University faculty member is leading this prestigious grant, advancing groundbreaking prostate cancer research.
