Population Health Implementation Science

Margaret Kornuszko-Story is the Population Health Strategist for the Senior Segment at Lehigh Valley Health Network ACO where she works to improve patient outcomes and reduce overall cost of care for the senior population. Maggie has over 25 years of leadership experience in managed/value-based care and physician group practice management, having served as Division Director of Internal Medicine and Rheumatology at the Lehigh Valley Physician Group, Director of Network Management at the Rochester Area HMO, Assistant Vice President for Operations at the Guthrie Clinic, and Consultant.
