Delaware Institute of Medical Education & Research Program

The Delaware Institute of Medical Education and Research created the DIMER Program to provide an opportunity for Delaware residents to obtain a high-quality medical education. DIMER currently has four partners which keep this Program thriving:

• Delaware Higher Education Office
• Christiana Care Health System Delaware Branch Campus
• Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine
• Sidney Kimmel Medical College

Each year, Sidney Kimmel Medical College reserves up to 20 places in the incoming class specifically for Delaware residents. Applicants must be legal residents of Delaware and meet all of our prerequisite requirements.
