Colleen Mills has over twenty years of experience on major new construction and renovation projects throughout the local area ranging from $2M to $92M. Her early experience includes architectural design and project engineering/document management. She has worked extensively as a project manager including supervising and managing multi-million dollar commercial, hospitality, education and multi-family residential construction projects. Mills’ expertise includes planning build sites, liaising with architects, engineers, developers, owners and bankers as well as negotiating contracts, overseeing subcontractors, invoicing and billing, developing and following construction schedules, monitoring progress, tracking budgets and controlling expenses.

Mills teaches Construction Site Operations to undergraduates and Introduction to Construction Project Management to graduate level students. She is active in various organizations including GBCA and NAWIC.
