Graduate Medical Education at NIH
NIH currently offers 18 medical specialty or subspecialty programs, which have been accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). NIH also jointly sponsors clinical training programs with extramural training partners, including Johns Hopkins, University of Maryland and the National Capital Consortium.
