Aisha Bowen, MD

Bio: I was born in Jamaica and raised in NYC (The Bronx). I went to college at Binghamton University in upstate NY where I studied Integrative Neuroscience. I then attended St George’s University for medical school where I spent 2 years in Grenada for the basic sciences portion and returned to NYC for a majority of my clinicals. I then matched at Grant Family Medicine in Columbus, Ohio for full-spectrum family medicine residency and am now here at Jefferson for Sports Medicine fellowship.

Clinical Interests: My professional interests include outpatient medicine, MSK and dermatology procedures, lifestyle medicine, obesity medicine, contraceptive management, and global health. 

Personal Interests: In my spare time I enjoy weight lifting, roller skating, yoga, playing Volleyball, traveling, photography, and exploring new activities.
