Hallmarks for General Education

Within the Hallmarks Program, the diverse set of disciplines represented by our faculty offers you unique opportunities to study ethics,, science, cultural competency, and American and global diversity in ways that enhance and enrich your professional education.

In addition to the math and science required by your profession, you will be able to explore American history and culture, global affairs and real-world concerns from the perspectives of diverse disciplines, including:  African American Studies; American Studies; Anthropology; History; International Studies; Philosophy; and Sociology. You can choose to study world languages to enhance your study abroad experience and learn to write and communicate in ways that supports and interests and career objectives.
