Carol provides administrative support to Steve Williams in both his role as Dean of Jefferson College of Rehabilitation Sciences and as Chair of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. She is also responsible for oversight and management of the administrative assistants, who support the departments of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology, Exercise Science, and the Division of Athletic Training on both Center City and East Falls campuses.

The best part of her job is building positive relationships with her administrative support team based on mutual respect and acknowledgment of their strengths. She has assisted with employees' career development by providing them opportunities to acquire new skills, collaborate as a team and direct them toward education that would further their careers.
