Breast Imaging Fellowship Application Process

The Jefferson breast imaging fellowship participates in the NRMP Match. Please refer to the Society of Breast Imaging for additional details. Prior to beginning fellowship training, the applicant must complete a diagnostic radiology residency program accredited by the ACGME. All applicants must meet the Pennsylvania licensing requirements. Foreign medical school students must have ECFMG certification.

Application Checklist

  • Completed Jefferson Application for Graduate Training
  • Curriculum vitae (sample CV)
  • Personal statement articulating your interest in breast imaging
  • Copy of your USMLE or COMLEX Scores
  • Copy of your Dean's letter or med school transcript
  • Letter of recommendation from your program director
  • Two additional letters of recommendation (one preferably from a breast imager)
