Healthcare Leadership Academy for Women

Strong leadership skills are essential to career advancement and personal and professional fulfillment. This four-week live, online workforce development program is designed specifically for women to provide them with the tools, resources, and strategies necessary to advance as leaders. 

Participants Will Learn To:
  • Lead through uncertainty and learn about the importance of self-care
  • Flex personality preferences and leadership styles using emotional intelligence assessments 
  • Examine how leveraging connections, courage and accountability can influence and develop a team and impact organizational culture
  • Discover the process and benefits of coaching and development planning to advance career opportunities 
  • Identify the importance of leading through a lens of diversity and inclusion 
  • Practice new skills with group discussions, simulations, and storytelling 
  • Effectively prepare, organize and deliver a clear, engaging, and confident presentation to a target audience  
Who Should Attend?

This program is designed to support women leaders in various stages of their career. Clinical, operational, and administrative leaders and stakeholders from healthcare organizations will benefit from this program. The sessions are designed for women, taught by women.

The program is offered in 2-hour sessions, Tuesdays & Thursdays, over four weeks.  All sessions take place 12:00 - 2:00 pm ET. The opportunity to participate in a private Emotional Intelligence Assessment and personal coaching sessions are available to all.
