High Reliability Healthcare Academy
The High Reliability Healthcare Academy (HRHA) will showcase the myriad ways High Reliability looks in practice across the United States, with an emphasis on how unique populations and other contextual variables (e.g., organizational culture, COVID, type of organization) impact fidelity to the High Reliability framework.
Population Health Essentials
Population Health Essentials offers a 3-day comprehensive overview of population health and outlines the fundamentals necessary to improve outcomes and reduce costs.
Through case studies and real-life workforce applications, participants will review and analyze key areas of population health.
Population Health Management & Strategy Boot Camp
This 2-day workshop session builds upon concepts learned Population Health Essentials and provides the opportunity for participants to focus on developing actionable strategies and practical solutions specific to their organization’s needs.
Recommended equirement: successful completion of Population Health Essentials or previous Population Health Academy graduate.
Operational Excellence Boot Camp

Programs feature a combination of lecture, didactic and small group exercises. Due to the hands-on and applied nature of the work, sessions are limited in size.
