Population Health Essentials offers a 3-day comprehensive overview of population health and outlines the fundamentals necessary to improve outcomes and reduce costs.

This 2-day workshop session builds upon concepts learned in Population Health Essentials and provides the opportunity for participants to focus on developing actionable strategies and practical solutions specific to their organization’s needs.
Session requirement: successful completion of Population Health Essentials or previous Population Health Academy graduate
Operational Excellence (OPX) Boot Camp
The Operational Excellence Boot Camp is an intensive and interactive 2-day program. Participants will apply lean thinking, process improvement, and change management strategies to increase operational efficiency within their organization.
