Population Health Bootcamp

Join us to be a more effective, informed leader in the future of healthcare.

October 1, 2025 - November 19, 2025
8 weekly sessions / 1 hour each session / 12 pm ET

Population Health Bootcamp Overview

Transforming your organization’s approach to a healthier population starts with a shift in mindset—from treating illness to proactively managing health across populations. As more organizations embrace the principles of population health, now is the time to build the skills and strategies that can drive measurable impact.

The Population Health Bootcamp replaces and elevates what was previously known as the "Population Health Academy."  The Bootcamp is an applied, interactive, eight-week live, virtual program that equips healthcare professionals with the tools needed to lead population health initiatives in their own settings. You’ll learn directly from national experts representing some of the most innovative healthcare organizations in the country—and take away practical strategies you can begin using immediately.

Each session will feature industry leaders who are working in population health and includes a short didactic presentation followed by interactive exercises, case studies, and applied tools you can use in your own work.

What You'll Learn

This hands-on, online series will demystify the principles of population health and focus on how to apply them in real-world contexts. Each session builds on the last to guide participants through identifying a population, analyzing data, designing value-based approaches, and leading organizational change.

You will gain actionable knowledge in:
  • Defining & segmenting populations
  • Leveraging data for insight & decision-making
  • Understanding how to contract for outcomes
  • Using quality metrics to drive improvement
  • Addressing the needs of employed populations
  • Implementing & managing sustainable change

Program Outcomes

  • Understand the data infrastructure and metrics that support effective population health strategies
